Kelvon, this was brought on by someone KMM hired to solve the Google issue, who publicly complained about it. Note that the "sad" is genuine. Not sarcastic.

They *should* be the first result, and if there was a way for me to make that happen, I would.

Nothing here was attitude. Chalk it up to the poorness of text-based communication, but I'm highlighting the issue publicly in the hopes that somehow it'll get fixed. Not in mockery.

Jeremy as a blogger I always had so much respect for you. I listen to you at conferences and read your blogs and had much admiration. Until this. Your tweet about KnowMoreMedia, and attitude in general, was way out of line:

"For those following the KMM issue, Google the company's full name. For the record, their domain *should* still be first, but it's not. Sadly"

Shouting this out to your 1200+ followers is in poor taste and rubs salt in the wound. It's very disrespectful for the people who work or have an interest in KMM. How would you like it if Twitter began buzzing about b5Media having advertising issues and the cost of providing celeb bloggers with images is causing you to cut blogs? Not cool right?

There was no need for that Tweet. The KMM team is handling themselves with class and dignity. It's a good lesson for you.
