Senior Back-end Web Developer:
Summary
Back-end development of highly-interactive, content-rich and DB driven websites and applications.
Candidate Requirements:· 5 years experience in back-end web development with solid background in database design, object-oriented design and development, SOA, and SEO best-practices coding.· Fluency in PHP and MySQL, hands-on knowledge in Ruby is a plus· Experience in PHP frameworks, hands-on knowledge in RoR is a plus· Good background in HTML, DHTML,and JavaScript programming· Familiarity or working experience with PostgresSQL, MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase or DB2· Strong knowledge in Linux, Tomcat/Apache, and related server-level/middleware Open Source packages· Experience in one or several of the following: website traffic tracking and analysis, performance analysis and reporting, and web stress analysis · Hands-on experience in AJAX CMS ,CRM , and Web Services development is a plusSenior Front-end Web Developer:

The Senior Front-end Web Developer will be responsible for front-end development of highly-interactive, customer-focused, and design-oriented websites and web applications.
Candidate Requirements:· Detail–oriented with keen eye on design, usability and user experience elements· 3-5 years experience in front-end web development with solid background in UI development, object-oriented development, cross-browsers compatibility and W3C compliance. Knowledge of SEO best-practices is a plus.· Ability to work and interact with a remote design team· Fluency in HTML, DHTML,, JavaScript and AJAX CSS 2.0· Strong knowledge in PHP and familiarity with MySQL· Working knowledge of Linux and Windows or Mac OSX· Experience in developingCMS and user-drive content applications is a plus· Hands-on knowledge in graphics programs like PhotoShop and Illustrator is a plus
