A Personal Blog
Current Weight: 227.8
As a follow-up to last night’s emotional post, I took my weight and body fat this morning, and I’m now down 10 pounds of fat since starting fatblogging! That puts my total fat loss at just shy of 20 pounds. The amazing (sad?) part is that the physical change isn’t really that substantial yet.
Also, last night I NEARLY hit my second goal weight: being under 230 at night. I was at 230.0. SO CLOSE! If I hadn’t had pizza I probably would have been fine.
*sigh*
Maybe tonight’ll be the night? Either way, my third weight goal for this “leg” of the marathon is 225, which is probably a little ways away yet :)

Jeremy.
I have a challenge for you!! Are you up for a challenge. Since it will be difficult to get some formal exercise in, the challenge is to get a pedometer and increase your steps. Make yourself park a little further and walk. Take steps instead of the elevator. And challenge yourself to get in 2500 or more steps per day until you can get back in the gym or get back to work with the trainer.
Also, take a few minutes out of your busy schedule and plan meals. Get apples or bananas and carry them with you. Eat them before giving yourself permission to eat an unhealty snack.
Let me know if you want to do the walking challenge. If so, send me your steps daily and see if you can increase the number daily.
