Hmm… Weighed in this morning and was very, very surprised to see another great number… Especially since I’ve been kind of binging lately. Stress, busyness, trainer cancelling and a whole whack of stuff.

Truthfully I’ve been doing really, really poorly lately, but still losing weight… Is it just new muscle mass settling in?

Anyways, the next couple of weeks aren’t looking great, since there’s no time for the gym and I’m doing a LOT of travelling… Will see how I do…
