Me waves back @ Jeremy!

Talk to you tomorrow about this mate. As I said in our last chat, this stuff is not easy. And I like your outline but there are some meta concepts that transcend the personal aspects of productivity and address the group dynamics, practices, and processes you'll need to define to create a real high-performance culture.

I have some specific recommendations we'll discuss and, if you find them worthwhile, you can incorporate them into your posts.

Sounds like a great idea. People had been asking me stuff about this sort of thing too. And, I even have a few 'to blog about' topics in my that might fit in here. So, I'm looking forward to reading this.

Also like the idea of developing a course 'in blog time'. I can't imagine it to be an easy and perfect process. But definitely interesting. Might try it one day. :-)

Anyway, all the best and hope to read the next installment soon.
