Congratulations on the funding! Sounds wonderful :) The good thing is that you will be able to buy a new laptop now without too much stress.

Congrats mate! This time, don’t buy a cheap laptop - get something that will hold up under the abuse you obviously dish out to your gadgets (what is this? like the 3rd or 4th laptop that’s gone south on you since I’ve known you?)

    ;^)

Good to hear it came together, and I second the recommendation to get a solid laptop this time around, may I recommend a Panasonic Toughbook?

Awesome news, Jeremy! I can’t imagine the relief you must be feeling. I’m looking forward to seeing you to talk about it whenever you come home. Although, when you do come home, it’s probably to pack up, eh? Urg.

Maybe with the first $200,000 you can have a chip implanted in your head, attached via satellite to a bank of triple-redundant computers. Of course, then you’d find a way to rap your noggin so hard the chip went on the fritz. ;-)

    Congrats!

Congrats on the funding. Now go buy an IBM or Apple if you want a non-crappy laptop since you have the money :p
