Heading to Toronto for 2 Weeks
May 4th
I’m now in my last 3 hours of work before heading to the old big smoke for 2 weeks. I’ll be there almost entirely on business for b5media’s funding and 3 separate conferences in town. So fairly busy. But, if you want to hook up (for business or pleasure) feel free to call the cell: 506 921 0119. It’ll be off tomorrow while we drive across the eastern US, but then on for much of the week (except during actual conferences).
Have a great week or two all :)
I've Succumbed to Video Blogging
May 2nd
No, I’m not video blogging. I’m not anywhere near interesting enough. I mean, it’s okay to be boring on a blog, but to be a successful video blogger you actually have to either have something to say or a unique way of saying it. Not like blogging at all ;-)
Anyways, I’d never really gotten the whole video blog thing to any serious level. I don’t watch Rocketboom. I’ll occasionally surf YouTube, especially for talent show / lip sync’ing stuff. But I’m totally not into it. Ditto podcasting, though I do listen to 1 or 2 on occasion (mostly the 2webcrew).
However, last week I found ZeFrank’s vidcast thanks to a link from scripting.com (yeah, something I also never read… is this like fate or what?!).
And let me tell you: I’m hooked. Hell, I might even video myself inventing a power move for Sports Racers. I. Am. So. Hooked.
Update: Ahem, perhaps the funniest page on the Internet.
