If you are at all considering raising funds (and, based on conversations these last few weeks with Toronto folk, more and more folk are considering it), this is a foundational article to read.

Jeremy, nice to meet you at Mesh. Enjoyed the VC article. I think that sometimes VC guys want to create the impression that every idea is fundable so they can get a large deal flow coming across their desk. Some of the guys speaking at Mesh were realling stoking the fires of a bunch of us in the audience to fire our business plans over to them immediately. That may be how they do their marketing. As entrepreneurs, we are more than willing to pitch our ideas to anyone.
