Valentine's Day Secret Game
I’ve been reading a few code-breaking-based novels this week. One was quite old (1500s). I love those kinds of novels. I’ve always had a secret desire to do a big “code game” online. At one point a buddy and I even made a business plan out of it, but we simply didn’t have the time to put it together.
So, instead, I’ve decided to focus on something simpler. Whenever inspiration hits me, I will produce a “Secret” (notice the new category). Sometimes this will be cryptographical, sometimes it will be linguistic, whatever. I have one planned for today. It’s fairly simple in structure, but it could be a pain in the arse to actually produce (since I’ve never worked at the production end of crypto, I’m not really sure).
But, hopefully it’ll be fun. It will involve archives to Ensight, riddles, math/basic crypto and a little luck I’m sure. I’m hopeful that after some of these more “simple” exercises (where I declare the clue up front), that I can begin hiding clues in the actual text, and then obfuscating even farther. We’ll see though.
Anyways, hopefully I can have this up in the next few hours, as it IS Valentine’s Day related.
