Saturday Update
Okay, so the Netgear router is fixed. A Netgear tech actually commented and said that, despite what the phone system says, I can call in as long as I have a serial number.
So I did, talked with a great tech and had it fixed in 10 minutes (minor firmware issue). Really, fantastic tech. Good job Netgear at, if nothing else, hiring really on the ball techs :)
Also, managed to finish my monster to do list. It ended up being 180 items done by Thursday. Of course, the downside is that in order to finish it I had to ignore email for almost 3 days. So now I’m spending all weekend catching up on email.
*sigh*
Maybe I’ll be caught up by this time next week? ;-)
