Okay, so the Netgear router is fixed. A Netgear tech actually commented and said that, despite what the phone system says, I can call in as long as I have a serial number.
So I did, talked with a great tech and had it fixed in 10 minutes (minor firmware issue). Really, fantastic tech. Good job Netgear at, if nothing else, hiring really on the ball techs
Also, managed to finish my monster to do list. It ended up being 180 items done by Thursday. Of course, the downside is that in order to finish it I had to ignore email for almost 3 days. So now I’m spending all weekend catching up on email.
*sigh*
Maybe I’ll be caught up by this time next week?
