*sigh*
I love being off at Christmas. Well, I say that as if it’s normal. Truth is this is the first time I’d even vaguely taken Christmas off for more than 5 years. It was good. Refreshing. Very nice.
The problem is that I’m now back “at work”. That’s okay. I was actually looking forward to it. The problem is that I sat down to do a brain dump and get all the things that I had to do onto my todo list, and the list is more than 100 items long. 100 items! On an average day I’ll do 20-35 items, so with a list this long it’ll likely take me a week or two to get through it (I figure every day will have other new items to add to it).
*sigh*
Yay for Christmas. Boo for being overloaded.

Just luuurrvely. On a positive note, I got through a whopping 50 items on my list. Added 30 more. But still, my list is 20 items shorter than it was this morning!

I know exactly how you feel Jeremy – my todo list isn’t quite as long as yours but there are a couple of items on it that are going to take me literally weeks to finish, so it’s effectively just as big.
I’m not officially back at work yet, although I allowed a couple of extra days at the end of my holiday trip to get back home and catch up on the non day-job related todo things.
Problem is, I’m now procrastinating as I spend time playing with all the photos from my trip !!!
Always the way.

Totally agree. Sometimes it’s not worth taking time off unless there’s someone left behind to cover for you
