Update: PayPal pre-ordering finally works!
Okay, I’ve finally figured out how to get signed copies to whoever wants them. I’ll be bulk-ordering copies from the publisher, and then shipping a copy to whoever wants them. This’ll work out much more cost-effectively than if I ordered them from Amazon, had them shipped and then had to ship them again.
Here’s the PayPal button (which anyone can feel free to use on their site), if you do want to pre-order a signed copy (25$+5$ for shipping):
Over the next week or so, I’ll also be working up an affiliate system (somehow… If anyone has any experience with this, feel free to let me know), which will give affiliates 5$ (!!!) per sale.

Are those prices US/Canada only or worldwide?

All prices are in USD, and I’ll ship to anywhere in the world, within reason.
The reasoning behind the pricing is that I get the books for about 15$ each, then pay for shipping, and then I get 5$/book, and then pay for shipping to the customer. Is the price fair?

Yup, the price is alrighty…so…the 40+10 = 50$ would work for shipping them to Germany too, right? If yup…sign me up….I would pay right away, but the paypal-button somehow doesn’t feel like working for me today (having been trying this morning (my timezone and now again 00:44 and all I get is
“We are sorry that we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later.

Ingo: Yeah, I get the same message. My best guess right now is that the 50$ will cover the shipping to Germany. It definitely covers US and Canada, and it should cover it Internationally.

I’m sorry but destination address is email?
August 22nd, 2005 at 4:23 pm
Destination address is where you want it sent.
August 22nd, 2005 at 4:27 pm
I figured that would take maybe two lines. Hence the confusion.

Yeah, only use it if it’s different from the billing address. I included it in case people wanted to send one as a gift. I’ll ammend the text

Awesome, thanks. PS: ensight.org/thanks doesn’t work (the address that ‘Return to Merchant’ takes you to)

Devin: Fixed, thanks for the heads up
