Excellent, very dynamic, and with BLOG writ large. The Blogosphere will thank you for that. Who is the publisher, Jeremy, or are you taking the brave step of becoming an on-demand self-publisher? You’ve got one customer already, whatever the answer is.

Publisher is McGraw-Hill
I’m thinking of doing a print-on-demand book next. Haven’t decided yet though. But, yeah, for this book it’s McGraw-Hill

I imagine we can look forward to Stephen Baker and Heather Green pushing the book over the coming weeks?

Well, it’s not out for a bit yet, so I’m not sure whether they will or not. They’ll definitely be receiving copies though

Very Cool. And seems very reasonably priced if the information on Amazon is correct.

Looks good. I wish that the d in Method was pressed flat to the right (in line with the s in Profits), especially since the E in Expand is in line with the s in streamline) (yes, small things bug me), but that’s a small thing. Can’t wait to see it.
