		<description>Cherish every day you can with them Jeremy. They grew up all too fast! My two sons, Jonathan and Alan, are 20 and 23. 

I still remember the day they were born like it was yesterday. The youngest contracted spinal meningitis when he was about 18 months old. We didn&#039;t think he was going to make it. Ha! You should see him now, 205 lbs., 6&#039;2&quot;, and strong as an ox. 

Ah, I didn&#039;t mean to use this as a bully pulpit to pontificate on my sons. Just sharing a little Dad-day cheer!</description>
