A fairly large part of my personality is social. I love to hang out with people, meet new people and find out what they’re all about. The ironic flipside to this is that I can sometimes be fairly shy, at least until I know someone. So sometimes I have to push past my shyness (which doesn’t always work).

Anyways, as a result of meeting a lot of people, and trying to get inside their heads and into what they’re up to, I’m able to make a fair number of introductions. I love making introductions. Introduce an event coordinator to a software company who makes event software, looking to demo it to real world organizers. Introduce a social engineering firm to social software which will actually work for them. Introduce an author to an agent.

In the last 2 weeks, I’ve met some amazing new people. Thanks to meeting those people, I’ve made some great new introductions. I can’t wait to see what comes of this. And I can’t wait to meet even more people this year at various conferences and such so I can make even more connections!

Now, back to writing the book! ;-)
