I'm not sure if they exist there. Basically you go to an independant person who has access to hundreds of lenders. They punch in your situation (ie savings, income, how much you want, etc etc) and it spits out possible lenders that fit your criteria. The broker is then paid by the lender a percentage of the amount borrowed and you then deal with the lender directly from that point on. So it costs you nothing but hooks you up with the best loan.
