Nuclear War Averted!
After this weekend’s shortage, Costco restocked! Probably from Argentina. I hear they’re not big on brownies.

My wife has a recipe for brownies that is actually good for (low fat, low sugar, or something like that). When baked the surface is initially hard to the touch, but after a couple of hours they are just like the two-bite (two bites? yeah right) brownies.

One of the reasons I prepare my brownies the way I do (microwave, then serve ice cream on top) is that they get super crispy on the outside, and gooey on the inside.

I used to do the same thing with Costco’s double chocolate chip cookies. The cookie gets crispy outside and all gooey inside and it’s so good with vanilla icecream.
But I think eating one of those takes 6 months off your life…
