Looking for Great Quotes
We’re just putting together the text to go into the Fall catalog that McGraw-Hill sends to stores, and we’re looking for a really choice quote. Hoping someone here has seen one.
We’re looking for a quote from a company everyone knows, preferrably from a recognizable figure (Bill Gates, for example) which says something attention getting like “”if you don’t have a blog you’re behind the times”.
Anyone have anything like this handy?
Update: These are blogging-related quotes, for my book.

Are you seeking a quote that is technology related, or is a more general quotation OK? BTW, I am one of those who know Buzz B – in fact, I knew him way back when he had hair. I do have an interesting quote to discuss, but have to check with the “author” first.

I know the truth about your encounter at the Toronto airport! So does the gentleman that was in the inspection area with you, remember him? Did you know he was a OPP officer? and he heard the entire conversation. He has come forward to give his version of the actions of the officers you lied about.
The facts are as follows; You entered the inspection hall at 0518 in the morning, you were asked if you planned to work in the US, and what was your response. You said you were going to a friends place because it was “quite and you could work on your book”. That was a lie, although the inspector did not know what a blogger was, he could tell you were lying. At 0627, you were allowed to withdraw your application for entry to the US, and escorted to the exit.
This story will be released in the papers tomorrow and the truth will finally come out about Jeremy C Wright

wowsers, if this is true, jeremy has gotta some fast talking quikly and backtrack. These things do happen, he said, i said, one remembers what one wants to remember, in the heat of anger, one forgets some things, who knows. but if a major canadian newwspaper is going to do a story soon, it will be embarrassing for the blogosphere, in that Jeremy might have given a false version in perfect defense of his feelings, but not accurate to reality…

Guys, if you want to rant about the immigration issue, how about doing it in the immigration posts? I’m moving past it and trying to actually get some work done this week.
