		<description>I think the more you try to find the niches within corporations that are blog-ready, the more you should look for the Knowledge Managers, whose job it is to get knowledge out of people&#039;s heads and into a knowledge base of some sort.  This isn&#039;t always the Communications Department. In fact, quite often it isn&#039;t the Communications Department.

The customer service squad may also be a good candidate, if they want to have rolling FAQs, instead of static FAQs.</description>
