A Personal Blog
Okay, I'm Calm Now
No lawsuit. No more firing talk. Moving on.
First on deck is Microsoft’s surprisingly decent anti-spyware package. Sure, they acquired it, but my understanding from internal stuff at Microsoft is that there’s been a fair amount of work done as well, which is why this is beta.
I scanned my machine after running SpyBot and AdAware and it found 6 new issues as well as a trojan (in spite of a firewall and Norton AV).
Looks like Anti-Spyware (AS) is going to becom the new AV. Required. And surprisingly good at what it does.
Also, Gates had a chat with Gizmodo about blogging.
He reads lots of blogs. He loves RSS. He belives blogs will only continue to grow. Good times.
And, finally, sorry for not posting anything worthwhile for the last few weeks. Now that I have some time I’ll be endeavouring to bring my normal assortment of quality, crap and laughs.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Wish he’d asked for a list of which blogs Gates reads.

Wow, That MS Anti-Spyware software is da bomb! And you know that’s a hard thing to get me to say! I think it’s an added bonus about all the other features (process details, hosts file, etc) that you have control over.
Okay, enough ga-ga. Back to your regularly scheduled pro-Linux blather. ;)
