Interested in PodCasting?
Are you interested in PodCasting, but haven’t yet found a way to get into it (from a production standpoint)? Do you have a great sense of humour, quick wit, knowledge of technology and blogging and a dead sexy radio voice?
Okay, do you possess at least 3 of these? Drop me a line for one of those “this’ll probably happen, but I can only hint at it right now” kinds of projects.
There isn’t any massive commitment: some bouncing of ideas around, about 1 hour of your time and, if it works out, maybe more. You see, besides the “dead sexy radio voice”, I fit all of the above criteria. So I want to talk to someone else in a similar position (male or female) and see if we can’t cook something up.
To the folks who know what I’m doing: shhhhhhh… We’re hunting PodCasts ;-)

I have something of a sense of humour, wit of average speed, some knowledge of technology and blogging and an interest in podcasting. As to the ‘dead sexy radio voice’ – um… I guess it really depends as to how you define ‘dead’ and ‘sexy’…

I’m looking forward to some “dead sexy” MALE radio voices. Yum!
Sigh, ok, you can have one female sexy voice because I bet most of your audience is male…gotta please them too. But don’t forget your female audience ok? :)

I’m beginning to think I should be Podcasting. I’m no big fan of my voice, but whenever I go to the US I always get people swooning over it. Yes, I’m English.

Sexy male voice? Yes please ;o) There are a lot good voices out there but from the casts I know there is only one sexy *g*
Tyme: I don’t care about the percentage and you need to see it the other way round: Sexy male voice attracts _more_ female listeners.
And there are a lot of Girls out there who have interest in technology. So let’s focus on the possible growth. ;)

Nicole, Tyme is female…I think she was making the same point you were.
Jeremy, your voice is cool…sounds geeky in a good way (listened to your holiday podcast). Tyme’s voice is cool. She’s got a husky soft voice (listened to her personal podcast). MC has a cool voice too…I didn’t care for the music that much but she has a neat accent (listened to her music podcast).
Peter – I don’t think anyone likes their voice! The thought of having to hear mine stops me in my tracks.
Jeremy, if you want to get more female listeners, get Adam Curry. He seems to do it for women!
