Finally made it to the hotel. This has been a much, much more expensive trip than we were anticipating. The conference was amazing. Getting the book approved by a publisher was amazing.

But all the travel has been overly long, overly strenuous and overly expensive. I’m sure we’ll be alright financially, but this trip will probably end up being 100-250$ over budget.

But it’s been very worth the trip. Maybe not financially yet, but I’ve extended my network massively. Met some fantastic folk like (too tired for links or last names… sorry if I forget anyone) Renee, Stowe, Neville, Evelyn, Ian, Jeremy, Richard, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Shel and lots of others.

During one of the breaks I recorded a PodCast with Nevill and Shel. It’s now online.

Neville and Shel do a great show. I’m definitely gonna watch this so I can say I knew these rockstars “back in the day”.
