Cool. So, 2 teams. Split down the middle based on whether or not they have a degree.

Team 1: “Book Smarts”. Name: Magna Corp (Magna Cum Laude). Includes an ex Microsoftie (Verna), several Harvard grads (where do they breed these people) and a bunch of real estate folk.

Team 2: “Street Smarts”. Name: Networth Incorporated (they had 3 times the overall networth of Team 1). Includes several high tech people, franchise owners, etc.

Overall there are already some outstanding personalities. This is a good thing. It’s what Season 2 was missing.

There’s a motivational speaker kind of guy. The ex-Microsoftie (a bit pompous, a bit Type A, very outspoken… VERY Microsoft). A people pleaser.

Task 1 is to choose a specialty burger, market it and then run a Burger King restaurant. We’ll see if it boils down street selling, like all of last season’s tasks did.

As I said at the end of last season: they need longer, more indepth tasks where it can be made or broken BEFORE the sales comes in. That’s where it’ll be interesting, when the teams make different strategic decisions.

Back to the show!
