Almost Caught Up on Email
Just a note to everyone waiting for replies from me that I’m only about 2 weeks behind on email now. That’s up from nearly the 6 week hole I was in before Christmas.
Crazy. Sadly, one of the areas that suffers when I’m juggling work / new job / new company / big move is emails. I’ll get to you. Feel free to drop me a “just touching base” email though!

Yeah we all know how that feels ;-)
Today I came online and there were almost 5 emails sitting in my email inbox!
There’s a story that I was told a month or so ago: there was a married couple who each worked in high-profile positions in companies (CEOs, or something), and one day they both quit their jobs, sold their giant house/mansion and got jobs paying 10 or 15 dollars an hour. When questioned on it, they didn’t regret their decision and said they had never been happier–they just had too much work in their job to be able to live happily.
I know that you’re primarily busy because all of the stuff that’s happening in your life that is temporary, but I’m just trying to relay the point that everyone needs a break. Even if it is for the rest of their lives. You need to take your breaks too, so act a little neglectful to the public, and just take them if you feel you’re due for one.
