Christmas Cheer for the Whole Family
(Yes, I’m making this up, please try this at home and post pictures)
Title: Christmas Cheer Candy Canes
Yield: [x] amount of candy canes
Ingredients
1 pack of Halls Honey Lemon Cough Drops
1 pack of Halls Cherry Cough drops
1 pack of Halls Spearmint Cough Drops
Preparation
Deposit each pack of halls (unwrapped, free of ALL metal) into a small bowl.
Cooking
Put all 3 bowls (together) in microwave on High for an arbitrary amount of time (best to watch). Stop microwave when Halls are soft.
Candy Cane Making
Let cool until each is “stringy” (use fingers… cautiously… to test temperature).
Roll each pack out (like you’re making a “snake” in kindergarden).
Twist all 3 together (think barbershop pole).
Cut new twisty thing into even portions.
Twist top to look like cane.
Serving
Best served with cold milk to unsuspecting co-workers. Even better, of course, is to hang them on an office Christmas tree, and when someone tries the first one say “It must have been a bad one, you never know when you buy stuff from the Dollar Store. Sorry!”
Don’t forget to leave the area before laughing / peeing yourself / making more and passing them out to all your friends.

Wow, random. Funny, though.
Are you feeling OK today, Jeremy?

Am I the only one whose mouth watered when I read this? Mmmm… Cough drops.
Of course, I have a nasty cold, so I may not be thinking straight.
