I’ve updated the categories pages, with some help from Nathan. They were getting a little bit long. My options were basically to add Paging or to remove the posts from the category pages so that users could click through to something if they were interested.

I wanted to avoid Paging so that users could (in theory) more easily search and find information. But, I’m open to other opinions.
