Someone had the bold thought of seeing if any companies wanted to sponsor me a new laptop. I’ll happily blog for them for a year, tell everyone they gave it to me, etc. I’ve cooled on the Alienware idea, in fact I’m looking at a laptop (Toshiba Satellite) from the local BestBuy which would run about 3,000$ CDN after taxes.
I’m more than open to talking options if anyone’s interested

What a deal.. I’d bring on a $3,000 consultant, espescially for a year’s work. But, if there are many more pleas for electronics/cash/women, I’m gonna start questioning your blogging methods, Jeremy

I would happily do it, but since my market is 99% local and by referrel it wouldn’t really make sense from a business standpoint. It’s tempting just to do it just to have you as a personal blogger!
I’ll keep my eye out for possible sponsors for you.
