		<description>I think the The Long Tail meme spread not because of Wired so much (I let my sub lapse too but still knew of this one article) but because the author of the article spoke at Web 2.0 and it created buzz was picked up by the bloggers in attendence.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s funny, because I just wrote about the long tail--from a slightly different perspective.  I wrote about Google as an agent of the long tail... which is much less work than pitching your news into the long-tail news curve.</description>
