FireFox Users @ Ensight
Just 2 weeks ago I noted that FireFox and other Mozilla browsers were now in use by 25% of Ensight’s audience.
I checked the stats so far for November today, and that figure is now nearing 30%. And, IE is down to 60% share, from 72% share.
I know my stats aren’t indicative, but the momentum is quite shocking. Crazy even.

Actually, you only have 4 firefox users. We just reload the page a million times.

Well, you do because you’re a spammer selling cheap cigarettes. Most of us Firefox users only refresh a half million times.

On Good-Tutorials (which I’m guessing would be a slightly less web-browser-savvy audience than Ensight) I’m seeing approximately 20%. IE is less than 70%. I’m definately seeing a trend.

IE is still at 85% on hockeyfights.com; we’ve made some people in the forums convert, but it seems the general public is still holding tightly on to IE. Perhaps the final release of 1.0 today and some articles will get some to switch. The site is a good indicator of the general public with the non-tech audience and large volume of traffic.
I’m a bit unsure if my stats program is reading it right though since it doesn’t list FireFox or Mozilla separately. Just IE, Netscape and “Other”. I’ll look into it…

Firefox is at 9% at my site. I just switched to Firefox, and almost everyone of my friends have.
Its only a matter of time…
