I would look at FastClick, Tribal Fusion, and maybe Burst Media - they're the three big ad networks right now. Tribal and Burst will try to sell targeted ads as well as letting you run run-of-network and run-of-category ads. You should also try Google AdSense, it does quite well for tech sites.
