You might check out some of the companies that participate at Ad-Tech (which will be in NYC Nov. 8-10). I attended the show in San Francisco and a lot of companies offer SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and I think I remember a few saying they offered other marketing services (but I wasn't specifically asking about that).

And ad network is only going to pay a few CPM, and we already have adsense. We know that by getting a marketing company to sell the ads we can hit at least 5CPM, and as high as 10CPM in some areas.

The web ad market has been in a slump lately, but it seems to be getting better. I would look at FastClick, Tribal Fusion, and maybe Burst Media - they're the three big ad networks right now. Tribal and Burst will try to sell targeted ads as well as letting you run run-of-network and run-of-category ads.

You should also try Google AdSense, it does quite well for tech sites. Maybe better than the ad networks.
