You mean it’s not called communication? Anyone is allowed to send me an email asking for a link. But I’m allowed to:
1. Ignore it
2. Get offended
3. Post it
4. Let it be filtered by my spam filters
Typically I’ll respond letting them know if I’ll be posting it or not. I probably post roughly half of them, but my quote from the comments still stands:
