Hi everyone. Based on input here at Ensight and via email, it looks like the sale of Ensight is becoming a very real reality (can I say that, real reality?).

I have a firm offer in at 4,000$, plus me staying on to write for a reasonable monthly fee. I’m leaving this offer on the table until the end of the day. If I don’t receive a better offer, I will consider this to be the “winning bidder”, as long as all conditions are met to my satisfaction. Ultimately that will close the bidding unless this deal falls apart.

So, if anyone is wanting to buy, today is effectively The Day.
