After installing SP2, I got problems with the Anti-piracy protection shell I was using and the program flat out ceased to work. It exited immediately without warning, the only way to "fix" it was to more or less disable the protection. I could imaging other developers experiencing similar problems and instead of saying it upfront. They recommend not install SP2. I’ve had trouble with an application of mine as well.
