If you have 200K US just kicking around, you can buy one of the best comic book collections I’ve ever seen at this EBay auction.

Had a chat with the guy, and confirmed that the actual value of this is well in excess of 1000,000$. If you have the money, love collecting and enjoy comic books, this is a great buy. If you simply want to do this as an investment (first move: finish some of his incomplete series’… With an extra 10-15K in investment, you could nearly double the value of this collection just by completing series’).
