A Personal Blog
Happy Father's Day…
… to all the dad’s out there. My son’s halfway around the world, so to celebrate I balled like a baby for half an hour in his room. Very appropriate ;-)
On a more positive note, my dad took me to task for riding the fence on this The Bloggist thing. While I’m a huge ideas guy, I’m also hugely afraid of failure, so I’ve been riding the fence on this.
I think I still can for some time, but I know that I’ll need to make a commitment sometime. Soon. I figure, gimme a week and one of my friends from Toronto will call and give me a verbal kick in the ass (if I was actually there, I can think of half a dozen who woulda beaten me up in an alley already for being such a mensch).
Good times!

Don’t worry Jer, you won’t fail. I’ve known you for a long time now and really, I know you won’t let it go down!
Also, your son and wife will be home soon, in the mean time you have a bunch of friends you can talk to and hang out with. We’ll keep you occupied and the time will pass real fast!
