Well, after 2 phone calls today I have come to a couple of realizations.

First, I do in fact believe I’d be a good fit at Microsoft. My first clue? Both people said “you’d be a good fit here at Microsoft”.

So, I guess (second thought) that my biggest challenge now is finding the right job for me, and the job where I’m the best candidate. That might take a while, but I’m confident.

It’s a good place to be. I know I fit at Microsoft. I know I fit with several teams. Now I need to find the right job for me. Thankfully I’ve met some great people at Microsoft willing to help me out, as well as a whole bunch of great people in general.
