Basically the site, as it stood yesterday, had the same tonal range across the site. None of the other areas had their own tones. I don't know why it was so important, but after talking to people I think it's because they were being defensive because my response was "we'll get done what we're able to get done". While that's the truth, they wanted to hear "I'll do my best to get this done", which is true, I will. Everyone's calmed down much more today and we're actually doing fairly well as a team :) Oh, and the development company is doing what they couldn't do so it's been basically a fabulous day :D Each section of the site has it’s own “tonal range”.
