SharpReader
Nov 1st
I’ve been considering using an RSS Aggregator for a while now. For those who don’t know it’s basically a way to read dozens of blogs without needing to read them. It updates you when there are new posts (so you only visit when you want to); and allows you to read post snippets before going to actual sites. Very useful.
Anyways, most of the ones I hear bandied about are for a fee. Personally I don’t like to pay for very much at all up front. I have no problem paying for things (such as Movable Type); I just like to try them first to make sure I actually like them.
Anyways, managed to download a free one, which I’m very satisfied with so far. SharpReader by Luke Hutteman is fantastic aggregator for someone like me.
New to it, but still wants to cut down on the time spent checking up on 20-50 blogs (at this point… I’m sure it will in fact grow).
Weekends
Nov 1st
God I love weekends.
Nothing to do except drive up north for 2 hours, stop for 10 minutes and drive right back.
This’ll be most relaxing day I’ve had all month, and I’m seriously considering taking Monday off to celebrate.
