I really am an odd bird, you know that?
A few months ago we started the redevelopment of our website. The design crew decided to call it “Project Postman”… For no reason at all. I didn’t like it, felt it wasn’t descriptive enough. I felt that “Project Project” was far more descriptive. They disagreed. In order to strike fear into their hearts and to convince them that my way really was the best way I sent them this email (Smith’s are the two folk in charge of the design crew):
Thus, spoke God, I give the holy order to Jeremy Wright
to bring freedom, democracy and hamburgers to the Smith’s of England as fast as possible.Note that this order is irreversible and cannot be cancelled once it has been given.
Time is running out twice as fast as usual.
If you need some more people to form a “coalition of the willing” you must pay them enormuous sums of money, but that’s absolutely your own problem.
If you need a reason to execute this holy order, just claim they have weapons of mass destruction, support terrorists, have connections to Usama bin Ladin, Bush, the CIA or some other criminal organization. This will grant the right to preventively kill people.
